Delete your account

You can delete your Humanolab account and all your data at any time.
In the app
- Open Humanolab and go to You → Privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word and confirm.
Without the app
Email hello@humanolab.ai from your account email (or your Apple relay address, if you used Hide My Email) with the subject "Delete account". We'll confirm when it's done, within 15 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and all your records: meals, sleep, movement, weight, cycle, medications, notes, coach conversations and summaries.
- Your labs and the files you uploaded.
- Your data at RevenueCat, PostHog and OneSignal, and Sign in with Apple access.
How long it takes
In the app it is immediate. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Before you delete
- If you want to keep your data, export it first from You → Privacy.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
